Placing a Call on Hold

During the course of a call, simply press the hold button to put the active call on hold.

The other party will now hear the music-on-hold, or better still your sales message that your uploaded to the system!

If there is another incoming call, you can now answer the 2nd call or line. For multiple lines (e.g. SPA941, SPA942, SPA952), the line button of the call on hold will, by default, flash red.
